How fast do you respond?

Usually within a couple hours, sometimes a few days. I read and answer every email myself.

Can I request a course that isn't on Race Hawks yet?

Yes. Email the meet name, date, and location and I’ll add it. New course requests take a few weeks to build and deploy: the route has to be sourced, cleaned, rendered into a flyover, and tested before it goes live.

I found a bug in a flyover or the strategy builder.

Email info@racehawks.com with the course name and what you saw. Screenshots help a lot.
